- What is corporate housing?
- Corporate housing is a better alternative to extended stay hotels. Complete Corporate provides one–, two– and three–bedroom furnished, fully equipped apartments and townhomes in the Minneapolis – St. Paul “Twin Cities” metro area of Minnesota. This type of temporary accommodations is used for many purposes, including:

- How does corporate lodging differ from an extended stay hotel?
- A typical extended stay room is approximately 300 square feet. Our corporate apartments and townhomes are at least two to three times larger, and less expensive, too. They provides real bedrooms with doors and privacy, multiple baths in larger properties. Unlike hotels, our properties are located in safe, quiet residential neighborhoods instead of near highways and busy, noisy areas. You'll have more comfort, safety and privacy.

- Is parking included with the rental?
- Yes, there's attached parking for one regular-sized vehicle. Some properties have an attached garage; others have underground parking. If you're visiting this area in Winter, you'll appreciate this a lot more than a frozen hotel parking lot. Your guests will have parking space nearby, too.

- What does the rental fee include? Will I have other charges?
- It includes all utilities -- local phone charges, electricity, water, heat, trash service -- plus basic cable TV and one parking space. The fee also includes all furnishings; kitchen cookware, towels, bedding, furniture, furnishings, decorations, washer-dryer, dishwasher, small electronics, and some cleaning tools. Most have an entertainment center that includes a large-screen TV and DVD player (or a VCR). Any other charges will be only for options you choose. top

- How about additional phone lines, premium TV channels, or high-speed Internet access available?
- Those can be arranged, but you'll need to let us know ahead of time. Additional phone lines and high-speed Internet access are available at your own cost. Broadband cable is usually available through our local Road Runner® service vendor.
It may be possible to get DSL service, depending upon which telephone company services the area of your corporate apartment. It would require considerable advanced notice to provision DSL in time for your arrival Call Complete Corporate at 866 554-9774 if you will require DSL.
Wireless broadband may be available at some locations. We recommend using the RoadRunner® broadband cable service from Time Warner. You can let us know about any special requests on the "More Information" section of our online form. top
- Are pets allowed in Complete Corporate properties?
- Yes, most of them permit a cat or smaller dog, with a (partially) refundable pet fee.

- What types of amenities do Complete Corporate apartments & townhomes have?
- Short-term furnished apartments are in luxury rental residential properties that offer many convenient amenities to our guests, including: Indoor or Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis &/or Racquetball Courts, Fitness Centers, Tanning Beds, Kids' Play Areas, Business Centers, Cable TV, Broadband Internet, and more. Let us know if you'll need additional cable or Internet services. Some providers also offer "Movies on Demand."*

- How can I find out what's available on the dates I need to be there?

- Is there a minimum length of stay?
- Most corporate housing providers require a 30-day minimum, or more. Complete Corporate is more flexible with our clients, so call if your corporate housing needs are shorter.

- How do I find my apartment when I come to town?
- We'll send you detailed directions and maps to your temporary home. We can also help you with directions to any other place in the area you need to go.

- Can you bill my company?
- Yes, and there are a variety of ways we can handle billing.

- Where are the accommodations located?
- Our apartments and townhomes are located primarily in the western and southern suburbs of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. However, we are always expanding into additional areas. If you have a special request, please let us know and we can probably arrange it.
Nearly all of our properties are within a few miles of both downtown areas, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), the world-famous Mall of America and other shopping areas, and have quick, easy access to the metro freeway system. Most are also close to local casinos and other entertainment and sports venues. top
- Why should I use a temporary housing company?
- It's very time-consuming and costly to set up your own temporary apartment. Short-term apartment leases can be difficult to find. Co-ordinating furniture delivery, utilities and getting houseware items are also time-consuming, and the fees can really add up. Complete Corporate can really save you a lot of time and money, while providing spacious, comfortable and convenient housing during your extended stay.

- How much does Complete Corporate charge?
- That depends upon how long you're staying, where the unit is located, whether it's an apartment or townhouse, the time of year, and some other factors. The best way to find out is to just call us at 866 554-9774, use E-mail, or ask about rates on the "More Information" section of our online form. Once we know where you want to be and what kind of accommodations you need, we'll be able to give you a precise quote. Whatever it is, it will be much less than an extended-stay hotel!

- How much advance notice do you require?
- Naturally the further ahead you can book a reservation, the better. For one thing, you may have more options about where you want to be and what kind of accommodations you'd like. Complete Corporate would certainly appreciate having at least 30 days' lead time.
On the other hand, we know that a business or personal situation can arise very quickly. As our slogan states, we routinely “go the extra mile” to get you situated quickly and comfortably ... even if it means arrangements with another housing company if our properties are all booked!

- What areas does Complete Corporate cover?
- We service the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota. However, if you also have a need for corporate housing in other areas of the United States, please let us know and we can facilitate that, too!.

- Our short-term apartments have basic cable service. You can get up-graded TV service, as well as high-speed cable Internet access. Just let us know in advance so we can get it set up for you. top
